GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Foreword
These general conditions of sale bind "la Compagnie Thermale de Plombières" [Plombières Thermal Company] to its customers by means of its subsidiary, "Résidences Napoléon", as the Accommodation Administrator, and stipulate, in accordance with act no.92-645 of 13 July 1992 and its Decree of Application no. 94-490 of 15 June 1994, the conditions of exercise of activities pertaining to the organisation and sale of trips or stays.
Any order shall signify the acceptance on purchaser's part of the general conditions of sale. No clause to the contrary may be taken up with us unless we have formally accepted it.
The information appearing on the site (photos and descriptions of stays) are provided as a guide and are non-contractual. Definitive agreements will only be made after confirmation of reservations on the part of "Résidences Napoléon".
Reservation
The reservation service is open 7 days a week. You can make a reservation up to the day before your arrival. Any reservation may only be definitive if it is accompanied by a deposit (€ 90 for a thermal cure, € 130 for accommodation with cure and 30 % for a package stay).
"Résidences Napoléon" will confirm (subject to availability) reservations by e-mail, fax or post within 48 hours. This confirmation will specify in particular the rates, the packages reserved, the dates of the stay, and will formalise the definitive contract.
Rates
Our rates include all taxes. All our prices are quoted in €, and are subject to modification without notification. Extras (drinks, telephone…) should be settled on the day you check out, at the reception of "Prestige Impérial". Excluding special promotional offers, the rates applied are those figuring in the site's rate brochure in force at the time of the reservation..
Payment
Payment of deposits or for the entire stay (short stays) is made upon reservation by a bank card directly on the site, via the Crédit Mutuel's telepayment service.
Extras and other services may be paid for by cheque, cash, bank card and traveller's cheques.
Practicalities of the stay
Upon arrival you can take possession of your room from 14:30. On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated for midday. After this time, an additional night will be billed.
With the rental package, a deposit must be paid by the Customer upon arrival. The "Résidences Napoléon" company will submit a full inventory to the customer, describing the apartment and the equipment provided. The customer must report any discrepancy in this inventory within two hours. After this time, the inventory submitted to the customer will be considered as free from any discrepancies. The deposit will be returned to the customer on condition that the accommodation is clean and that the equipment is returned in full and in good condition.
For access to the CALODAE Centre, as a health and safety measure, wearing a swimming cap and sandals is obligatory (these can be purchased at the Centre's shop). Bath robes and towels are provided for customers in situ..
Access to treatments is available within the opening hours of the CALODAE fitness and relaxation centre. .
The centre is not recommended for children under 5 years. Certain environments (hot and humid) require monitoring of persons suffering from cardio-vascular problems.p>
Cancellation
Any cancellation of a stay must be made in writing. Deposits will be refunded under the following conditions:
- Over 30 days before departure, 30 % of deposits paid upon signature of the contract are retained.
- Between 30 and 10 days before departure, 50 % of deposits paid upon signature of the contract are retained.
- Less than 10 days before departure, 100 % of the total sum is retained.
Only cancellations for illness, accident or death (upon presentation of documentary evidence) will be covered by a full refund for the services..
Any stay cut short, and any service abandoned voluntarily by a participant, will not be covered by any compensation or refund.
Disputes
"Résidences Napoléon" undertake to reply to any customer complaints. In the event of a dispute, the Court of Epinal shall have sole competence.
