The thermal reservation

Good practices for reservations: send us your reservation request via our site (reservation form : Crohn's disease, Digestive system, Rheumatology, Open cures). The reservation consists of selecting your thermal establishment ("Bains Impériaux" or "Thermes Napoléon"), your cure start date, the desired treatment timetable, your thermal doctor and to finish with, your accommodation (See our choice of residences ). You will receive by return of post a confirmation of the reservation, specifying the details of your thermal cure (confirmation of your choice of date, treatment start timetable or new proposals according to our availability).
Following a decision by the National Council for Thermal Establishments a fixed booking sum of 10 euros, for which there is no coverage, will be requested for each cure provided.

Upon arrival

For your appointment at the thermal doctor's surgery, think about bringing your medical history drawn up by your doctor (X-rays, current treatment…), and your coverage document. This will be used to establish your thermal prescription, which you will have to present at the reception of your thermal establishment with your coverage and confirmation of reservation.
The day after your treatment starts, you will receive your cure schedule for the 18 days of treatment.

Open cures: "Thermal week", "Force 8" and open thermal treatments. These are not covered by social security.
